Lost fans were in an uproar when reports alleged that Evangeline Lilly was leaving the show and auditioning for pilots that could launch this fall.Her reps were quick to put out that fire, saying the story was absolutely false.So TVGuide.ca decided to ask the actress herself, and hopefully, fans will be pleased by the answer.“Why on Earth would I want to leave the best female role on television, in my humble opinion?” says Lilly with a laugh. “I’m happy at the show. The rumour started because the world was bored and they need a little drama, so they make things up, and that’s it; it’s very simple.”Phew, right? The preview for the next episode of Lost has alluded to the long-awaited reunion of Kate and Sawyer (Josh Holloway), and Lilly dished on how she hoped it would go down, and what did indeed happen.“For Evangeline, it was great fun because it’s been a long time since I worked with Josh, and it was great to have that reunion,” she reveals. “I was also nervous that they would write something that would undermine Kate’s character.“The notion that she might come back to the island and start things up with Sawyer again after three years of being involved with Jack, I was very nervous that that would happen and warrant having to justify that. Because I’m the one who has to make that believable, and if you don’t believe it, then it’s hard to make other people believe it. But they didn’t do that.”Lilly adds, “It’s a very intense thing for both of them; I don’t think Kate realized he was even alive still. The last time she saw him, he had jumped out of a helicopter, was swimming in an ocean, to an island that, minutes later, disappeared.“So for all intents and purposes, Kate thinks he’s dead. She really is holding out a little measure of hope that he’s alive, but the skeptic and the realist within her is saying he’s dead. So to see him again, more than being intense and romantic, it’s just intense and shocking.”Source: MSN CA

Sembra proprio che Evi stesse aspettando questo momento cm noi,da cm parla.E se Kate e Sawyer ricominciano a piccoli passi è proprio quello che voglio.Quello che hanno sempre fatto.

Conferma che nn ha nessuna intenzione di lasciare Lost:D
Dice che si è molto divertita perchè era tanto che nn lavorava cn Josh e qnd questo le ha fatto tanto piacere.Temeva che potessero scrivere Kate cn connotazioni negative perchè in questi episodi l'abbiamo vista cn Jack,qnd se magari la facevano andare dietro a Sawyer una volta tornata,potevano farla passara male.
Cmq è un momento intenso per tutti e due,Kate si era convinta fosse morto qnd anche se in fondo al cuore lei magari poteva sentirlo vivo,era scettica al riguardo.Qnd rivedersi è prima di tutto intenso e scioccante.
Quindi nell'episodio di stasera non ci sarà la reunion vera e propria... cioè ci fanno vedere che si reincontrano ma niente di più...

Elly,io credo che domani sera ci faranno vedere solo l'incontro e poi LOST.
Cmq il tutto pare avvenire esattamente cm io personalmente desideravo.
Ma deve avvenire cosi...
non è che dopo tre anni torna Lei e via pappa & ciccia come niente! Realmente una coppia che è stata tale si comporterebbe cosi..

beh...in realtà dice che lei non sarebbe riuscita a interpretare bene una parte in cui kate tornava a provare qualcosa per sawyer, pèerchè sarebbe stato assurdo...e dice che l'incontro sarà inbtenso ma non romantico
Per quanto mi riguarda,nn ho interpretato così la cosa.Io ho inteso le sue parole cm se lei temesse che nn appena rivisto Sawyer,gli autori l'avrebbero immediatamente fatta finire nel suo letto quando solo ultimamente l'abbiamo vista a letto cn Jack.Ho capito che il suo timore fosse quello di farla passare cm una pallina da ping pong.
Ma cm fa ad essere romantico scusa?Nessuno si aspetta che corrano l'uno fra le braccia dell'altra alla Desmond e Penny.è una cosa diversa,si parla di due persone che si sn reputate morte per 3 anni,è uno shock ora rivedersi.Intenso per me equivale ad una cosa piena di emozioni,qualsiasi esse siano.Da cm parla Evi,mi pare di capire che è stata una bella scena e che lei ha avuto piacere nel girare.
Nn vedo francamente nulla di negativo per Kate e Sawyer.
